Dr. Ömer Bilaç was born in Bornova, İzmir on November 5, 1978. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Bursa, he continued his university education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. He successfully completed his specialization in Ear Nose Throat and Head and Neck Surgery at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital.

Dr. Bilaç, who completed his compulsory service at Şanlıurfa Viranşehir State Hospital, later continued his career at prestigious institutions such as Private Çengelköy Safa Hospital, Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital, Eskişehir Yunus Emre State Hospital, Sultan II. Abdülhamid Han Training and Research Hospital and Private Central Hospital Kozyatağı Hospital. He currently provides services to his patients in his own private clinic.

Dr. Ömer Bilaç's areas of special interest include aesthetic nose surgery, facial facial plastic applications, filling and botox applications, endoscopic nose surgery, tonsil and adenoid diseases, and ear surgery. Dr. Bilaç, who closely follows current developments in his field, is a member of the Turkish Ear Nose Throat and Head and Neck Surgery Association and the Facial Plastic Surgery Association.
